I understand that unexpected events happen! To be fair and considerate to all clients and myself, please note the following policies:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required by phone or text (360.325.2764).

• Cancellations via email are not accepted.

• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled massage may be charged up to the full fee. Fees must be paid before your next visit.

• Exceptions apply for illness, emergencies, or unsafe road conditions.

Illness

• If you are sick, please reschedule. There are never penalties for last-minute cancellations due to illness.

No-Shows

• Missed appointments without notice are considered “no-shows” and will be charged in full.

Late Arrivals

• Sessions may be shortened if you arrive late, but the full fee may still be applied. Please plan to arrive on time.
