The name “Riverlands” reflects the kinship between the Earth and our body. Just as rivers, creeks, and streams nourish and sustain the Earth’s complex ecosystems, so too do vital pathways of blood, life energy (Qi), lymph, cerebrospinal fluid, and flowing breath nourish and sustain our incredible bodies. I acknowledge this timeless relationship, and draw inspiration from nature's powerful capacity to heal itself and those who spend time in its embrace.

Earth mirrors body, body mirrors earth—each in an endless dance of stillness and motion.

It is my purpose to provide a supportive, tranquil, inviting space where rest and restoration take place. Whether you seek relief from muscle tension or a reset of your nervous system, you have my complete attention and care.

All are Welcome

Riverlands Healing Arts is a safe and welcoming space for everyone of all races, ethnicities, religions, ages, gender identities, sexual orientations, body types, and backgrounds.

Thank you for arriving.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Tranquil Kayaker | Avid Reader | Frequent Traveler

Like the tall cedars surrounding us, I have been rooted in the Pacific Northwest since birth. Away from the massage table you will likely find me lost in a good book, weaving my kayak through quiet waters, traveling the globe, shaping clay on the potter’s wheel, taking photos, striding along trails, attending live music, grounding through meditation and breathwork, listening to birdsong, immersed in sound baths, or simply enjoying the company of loved ones—both human and canine.
