Swedish Relaxation Massage

A calming, restorative massage designed to ease stress and encourage deep relaxation. Long, flowing strokes and gentle kneading help improve circulation, soothe sore muscles, and quiet the nervous system. This treatment is ideal for reducing overall tension, improving sleep, and cultivating a sense of peace. Complimentary techniques like hot stone or aroma therapy may be woven in for added relaxation and comfort, upon request.
